Hello from NEW SOUTH WALES...
Hi friendly followers,
As you can see we are currently on the right side of the country albeit on the western side of the east side but east all the same, and to the people who care we are now in the same state as you guys, get out of your chair and jump for joy because we are just around the corner!!!! Anyhoo so about today …
So following the tradition of yesterday we stopped a bunch of times at places that just didn't cut the mustard, as Heba does all day in the car!
Our first stop was the big township of Whyalla (or as I like to call it “Why-Ella!?!?”) where we stopped at a local cafe that was right on the harbour nice country town about the size of Lismore, but since this was just a stop for breakie it was back in the Nav and off to Port Augusta.
(By the way guys if you would like a tour of our house “NAV”, send us a comment and we will put up some photos of our living area, toilet, shower, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, walk in robe, backyard and entertaining area. I want to see more comments people!!!!)
So Port Augusta, what can I say about this spot. Don't bother really! Not much there just a few more shops than we have seen. This was supposed to be our spot for the night but we decided to get back to NSW.
Stopped in a few places along the way like Peterborough which was yet another quaint little town and Olary which was more like a ghost town with a run down train station.
On the boarder separating S.A and NSW was a little township called Cockburn, to some it may be a Concreting company or to others it also might involve a planned spag bowl dinner for two with extra chilli which when accidently applied to private parts makes your Cockburn...
Broken Hill here we come. As the light was starting to fade we made it into Broken Hill so not much to say about this place but it looks promising and we are looking forward to staying a few nights here because there are a few things to do.
If anyone has any suggestions on a nice place to visit or a good photo opportunity, flick us a comment we would love to hear from some of you guys...
Well from another mining town, on the right side of the country this time we bid you goodnight and see you on the flip flop...
